In this paper,with the use of multivariate regression analysis,the relations between the acute toxicites of Coppeer,Lead and Zine on Daphnia and their morphologies have been studied in the sediments of Le'an River by the acute toxicity tests on hydrobios.

分析了安徽沿江濕地資源現(xiàn)狀,揭示了沿江濕地資源豐富、生態(tài)價(jià)值高的特征,探討了濕地開發(fā)利用過程中引發(fā)的生態(tài)環(huán)境問題,認(rèn)為圍湖造田和水土流失造成河湖淤塞是沿江濕地洪澇災(zāi)害頻繁、濕地被破壞的主要原因,生物資源利用過度、追求經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展和缺乏有效監(jiān)督協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制是生態(tài)系統(tǒng)退化的重要原因,最后提出調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、改變利用方式、建立濕地保護(hù)政策體系和協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制、恢復(fù)濕地系統(tǒng)的生態(tài)功能等相應(yīng)的對(duì)策與措施。

采用二種發(fā)光菌發(fā)光抑制、二種藻生長(zhǎng)抑制、大型蚤急性和慢性毒性多種生物測(cè)試方法,對(duì)采集于1993年6月,1993年12月和1994年10月的樂安江河水、沉積物和沉積物間隙水進(jìn)行了多指標(biāo)生物毒性測(cè)試。

１９９３年和１９９４年對(duì)樂安江６個(gè)采樣站浮游植物的兩次調(diào)查結(jié)果表明，藻類的群落結(jié)構(gòu)因不同河段水質(zhì)狀況不同而不同：未受礦山廢水污染的上游?？?/u>站，藻類多樣性指數(shù)較高，密度較低，優(yōu)勢(shì)種多為清潔神和耐中污的種類，水質(zhì)較好；接納大量礦山及采礦化工廢水和生活污水的沽口站，藻類受到明顯抑制，多樣性指數(shù)極低，耐污種占絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)，水質(zhì)極差；隨流程和凈化時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)，下游各站藻類的種類、數(shù)量、多樣性指數(shù)、種類數(shù)比均不斷上升，優(yōu)勢(shì)比不斷下降，體現(xiàn)出明顯的水質(zhì)凈化趨勢(shì)。
