長(zhǎng)春稅務(wù)學(xué)院是
吉林省重點(diǎn)大學(xué)，是吉林省人民政府與國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局共同建設(shè)的學(xué)校。 學(xué)校起步于1946年7月東北銀行總行舉辦的銀行干部學(xué)校；1950年9月成立東北銀行專門學(xué)校，這是新中國(guó)創(chuàng)建的第一所金融高等學(xué)校。1958年9月組建吉林財(cái)貿(mào)學(xué)院，這是國(guó)家較早成立的普通本科財(cái)經(jīng)院校之一。1992年5月更名為長(zhǎng)春稅務(wù)學(xué)院，是國(guó)家第一所、目前也是唯一一所稅務(wù)本科大學(xué)。學(xué)校曾先后隸屬于東北銀行總行、中國(guó)人民銀行、國(guó)家稅務(wù)總局，2000年劃歸吉林省人民政府。學(xué)校曾先后在
佳木斯市、
哈爾濱市、
沈陽市等地辦學(xué)，1950年7月遷入長(zhǎng)春市，現(xiàn)校址為長(zhǎng)春市凈月大街3699號(hào)。學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有學(xué)科專業(yè)涵蓋經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、法學(xué)、文學(xué)、理學(xué)、工學(xué)六大學(xué)科門類；有省級(jí)重點(diǎn)學(xué)科8個(gè)。1983年開始招收碩士研究生，現(xiàn)有碩士學(xué)位授權(quán)一級(jí)學(xué)科2個(gè)，碩士學(xué)位授予學(xué)科、專業(yè)28個(gè)；是國(guó)家工商管理專業(yè)碩士、法律專業(yè)碩士學(xué)位研究生培養(yǎng)單位。 學(xué)校現(xiàn)有17個(gè)學(xué)院、教學(xué)部，31個(gè)本科專業(yè)。有國(guó)家一類特色專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn)5個(gè)，省級(jí)特色專業(yè)7個(gè)。有國(guó)家級(jí)精品課程1門，省級(jí)精品課程18門。有國(guó)家級(jí)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)1個(gè)，省級(jí)優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊(duì)2個(gè)。省級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心3個(gè)。2007年在教育部全國(guó)普通高校本科教學(xué)工作水平評(píng)估中獲得優(yōu)秀。 學(xué)校現(xiàn)有教職員工1078人，其中專任教師689人；專任教師中有碩士以上學(xué)位的474人，其中有博士學(xué)位的139人，在讀博士研究生122人；具有高級(jí)專業(yè)技術(shù)職務(wù)的402人，其中教授120人。有教育部“跨世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃”入選者，教育部“優(yōu)秀青年教師資助計(jì)劃”獲得者，教育部“新世紀(jì)優(yōu)秀人才支撐計(jì)劃”入選者，教育部重大課題攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目首席專家，國(guó)家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃評(píng)審專家，教育部經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)成員，國(guó)務(wù)院政府特殊津貼獲得者，全國(guó)優(yōu)秀教師，全國(guó)稅務(wù)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀教師，全國(guó)優(yōu)秀統(tǒng)計(jì)教師，吉林省新世紀(jì)高校首席教授、主講教授、中青年骨干教師，吉林省高級(jí)專家，吉林省有突出貢獻(xiàn)的中青年專家，吉林省拔尖創(chuàng)新人才，吉林省教學(xué)名師，吉林省優(yōu)秀教師，長(zhǎng)春市有突出貢獻(xiàn)的專家等。 學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有全日制普通本科生10047人，碩士研究生1004人。六十多年來為國(guó)家培養(yǎng)了近九萬名優(yōu)秀專門人才。目前，在校學(xué)生來自全國(guó)31個(gè)省市自治區(qū)，先后有30多個(gè)學(xué)生集體、300多名學(xué)生獲得“全國(guó)先進(jìn)班集體”、“全國(guó)優(yōu)秀團(tuán)干部”、“全國(guó)三好學(xué)生”等國(guó)家、省、市級(jí)榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)，200多名學(xué)生在全國(guó)大學(xué)生各類學(xué)習(xí)競(jìng)賽中獲獎(jiǎng)。2006年學(xué)校被遴選為國(guó)家大學(xué)生文化素質(zhì)教育基地。近年來，本科畢業(yè)生考取國(guó)家公務(wù)員的每年都超過10%，考取碩士研究生的每年在10%左右，就業(yè)率始終保持在90%以上；研究生的就業(yè)率也始終是90%以上。據(jù)鳳凰網(wǎng)測(cè)評(píng)，我校2009年畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率、就業(yè)質(zhì)量等在全國(guó)非“211”大學(xué)中排在第24位，在東北地區(qū)非“211”大學(xué)中排在第2位。 學(xué)?，F(xiàn)有吉林省高校人文社會(huì)科學(xué)重點(diǎn)研究基地2個(gè)。近年來承擔(dān)國(guó)家和省部級(jí)研究項(xiàng)目近300項(xiàng)；出版學(xué)術(shù)專著等130部；在國(guó)家核心期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文近1000篇；科研成果獲省部級(jí)以上獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)近30項(xiàng)，獲中國(guó)高校人文社科獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng)。六十多年來，我校教師在國(guó)內(nèi)率先編著出版了《統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)通論》、《數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)》、《中國(guó)旅游經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)》、《工商行政管理學(xué)》、《中國(guó)個(gè)體經(jīng)濟(jì)管理學(xué)》、《金融審計(jì)》、《對(duì)外貿(mào)易統(tǒng)計(jì)》、《保險(xiǎn)統(tǒng)計(jì)概論》、《稅法學(xué)》等著作或教材。 學(xué)校舉辦的《當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》、《稅務(wù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)》兩個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)期刊均為全國(guó)中文核心期刊、中國(guó)人文社會(huì)科學(xué)核心期刊、《中國(guó)社會(huì)科學(xué)引文索引》來源期刊?！懂?dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)研究》在全國(guó)146種經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論專業(yè)期刊中排名進(jìn)入十強(qiáng)，《稅務(wù)與經(jīng)濟(jì)》連續(xù)三次被評(píng)為全國(guó)百?gòu)?qiáng)社會(huì)科學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)，連續(xù)七次被評(píng)為吉林省一級(jí)期刊。 學(xué)?，F(xiàn)與美國(guó)、澳大利亞、日本等9個(gè)國(guó)家的30多所大學(xué)建立了校際合作關(guān)系，每年都有學(xué)者互訪、留學(xué)生互派等。1999年學(xué)校與澳大利亞查爾斯特大學(xué)合作辦學(xué)，現(xiàn)已有畢業(yè)生2000多人，在校學(xué)生近2000人，與韓國(guó)江南大學(xué)、日本帝京大學(xué)2+2合作項(xiàng)目發(fā)展勢(shì)頭良好。學(xué)校2004年6月開始建設(shè)凈月新校區(qū)，2005年8月實(shí)現(xiàn)了舉校搬遷。新校區(qū)占地108萬多平方米，一期工程已經(jīng)完成建筑35萬多平方米。 Changchun Taxation College, established in September 1948, has a history of fifty-eight years. Diachronically it has the following predecessors: Northeast General Headquarter Banking Training Class, Northeast Banking Leader School, Northeast Banking Special School, Changchun Banking School, Jilin Finance and Trade College and Finance and Economics School of Jilin Province. It was renamed as Jilin Financial and Trade College in 1978, and in 1992 it was put under the administration of State Bureau of taxation and changed the name to Changchun Taxation College. Until 2000, it was under the direct jurisdiction of Jilin province, and now it has become a leading provincial college. Since it was set up, Changchun Taxation College changed the location from Jia Musi, Harbin, and Shenyang, finally to Changchun in July 1950. It firstly stood in Banking Building near Renming Square, then No.3646 Renming Street. In August 2005, it was moved to No.3699 Jingyue Street. Changchun Taxation College is a comprehensive financial college, which welcomes to the students all over the country. Besides the undergraduate education, it offers a variety of programs. It now has graduate program, adult higher, training program for the professionals and collaboration programs with foreign colleges. The college boasts six disciplinary areas covering thirty-two academic disciplines for undergraduates, including economics, management, law, science, engineering and arts. Among which it has six provincial key disciplines, and twenty for the postgraduate. Changchun Taxation College has now nineteen teaching departments, including ten scientific research centers, such as Jilin economics research center, and economics simulation research institute etc. The college boasts a qualified faculty of over 427 full-time teachers, including 235 full professors and associate professors, and 74 doctors. One of them enjoys the special subsidy from the State Council, one is trans-century talent for the Ministry of Education, three are senior specialists of Jilin province, and four are top class talents of Jilin province. Changchun Taxation College now has an enrollment of 8,360 full-time undergraduates, 423 postgraduates. Another over 8,000 are studying at the schools of Continuing Education. The high school graduates are taken in Changchun Taxation College programs primarily on the basis of their performance in the National Entrance Exam. After four academic years, more than 90% of the undergraduates can be employed. Changchun Taxation College has cultivated more than 200,000 professionals in finance and economics during the past 60 years, and most of whom have proved to be backbones in their careers. Some have been the leading cadres of government service, and some have become the key members of the leadership of the enterprises and institutions, still some have become talents in academics. Among the seven vice governors of Jilin province, two of them graduated from Changchun Taxation College.
