長春稅務學院是
吉林省重點大學，是吉林省人民政府與國家稅務總局共同建設的學校。 學校起步于1946年7月東北銀行總行舉辦的銀行干部學校；1950年9月成立東北銀行專門學校，這是新中國創(chuàng)建的第一所金融高等學校。1958年9月組建吉林財貿(mào)學院，這是國家較早成立的普通本科財經(jīng)院校之一。1992年5月更名為長春稅務學院，是國家第一所、目前也是唯一一所稅務本科大學。學校曾先后隸屬于東北銀行總行、中國人民銀行、國家稅務總局，2000年劃歸吉林省人民政府。學校曾先后在
佳木斯市、
哈爾濱市、
沈陽市等地辦學，1950年7月遷入長春市，現(xiàn)校址為長春市凈月大街3699號。學?，F(xiàn)有學科專業(yè)涵蓋經(jīng)濟學、管理學、法學、文學、理學、工學六大學科門類；有省級重點學科8個。1983年開始招收碩士研究生，現(xiàn)有碩士學位授權(quán)一級學科2個，碩士學位授予學科、專業(yè)28個；是國家工商管理專業(yè)碩士、法律專業(yè)碩士學位研究生培養(yǎng)單位。 學校現(xiàn)有17個學院、教學部，31個本科專業(yè)。有國家一類特色專業(yè)建設點5個，省級特色專業(yè)7個。有國家級精品課程1門，省級精品課程18門。有國家級優(yōu)秀教學團隊1個，省級優(yōu)秀教學團隊2個。省級實驗教學示范中心3個。2007年在教育部全國普通高校本科教學工作水平評估中獲得優(yōu)秀。 學?，F(xiàn)有教職員工1078人，其中專任教師689人；專任教師中有碩士以上學位的474人，其中有博士學位的139人，在讀博士研究生122人；具有高級專業(yè)技術(shù)職務的402人，其中教授120人。有教育部“跨世紀優(yōu)秀人才培養(yǎng)計劃”入選者，教育部“優(yōu)秀青年教師資助計劃”獲得者，教育部“新世紀優(yōu)秀人才支撐計劃”入選者，教育部重大課題攻關(guān)項目首席專家，國家社會科學基金項目規(guī)劃評審專家，教育部經(jīng)濟學學科專業(yè)教學指導委員會成員，國務院政府特殊津貼獲得者，全國優(yōu)秀教師，全國稅務系統(tǒng)優(yōu)秀教師，全國優(yōu)秀統(tǒng)計教師，吉林省新世紀高校首席教授、主講教授、中青年骨干教師，吉林省高級專家，吉林省有突出貢獻的中青年專家，吉林省拔尖創(chuàng)新人才，吉林省教學名師，吉林省優(yōu)秀教師，長春市有突出貢獻的專家等。 學?，F(xiàn)有全日制普通本科生10047人，碩士研究生1004人。六十多年來為國家培養(yǎng)了近九萬名優(yōu)秀專門人才。目前，在校學生來自全國31個省市自治區(qū)，先后有30多個學生集體、300多名學生獲得“全國先進班集體”、“全國優(yōu)秀團干部”、“全國三好學生”等國家、省、市級榮譽稱號，200多名學生在全國大學生各類學習競賽中獲獎。2006年學校被遴選為國家大學生文化素質(zhì)教育基地。近年來，本科畢業(yè)生考取國家公務員的每年都超過10%，考取碩士研究生的每年在10%左右，就業(yè)率始終保持在90%以上；研究生的就業(yè)率也始終是90%以上。據(jù)鳳凰網(wǎng)測評，我校2009年畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率、就業(yè)質(zhì)量等在全國非“211”大學中排在第24位，在東北地區(qū)非“211”大學中排在第2位。 學?，F(xiàn)有吉林省高校人文社會科學重點研究基地2個。近年來承擔國家和省部級研究項目近300項；出版學術(shù)專著等130部；在國家核心期刊發(fā)表學術(shù)論文近1000篇；科研成果獲省部級以上獎勵近30項，獲中國高校人文社科獎3項。六十多年來，我校教師在國內(nèi)率先編著出版了《統(tǒng)計學通論》、《數(shù)理統(tǒng)計學》、《中國旅游經(jīng)濟學》、《工商行政管理學》、《中國個體經(jīng)濟管理學》、《金融審計》、《對外貿(mào)易統(tǒng)計》、《保險統(tǒng)計概論》、《稅法學》等著作或教材。 學校舉辦的《當代經(jīng)濟研究》、《稅務與經(jīng)濟》兩個學術(shù)期刊均為全國中文核心期刊、中國人文社會科學核心期刊、《中國社會科學引文索引》來源期刊?！懂敶?jīng)濟研究》在全國146種經(jīng)濟學理論專業(yè)期刊中排名進入十強，《稅務與經(jīng)濟》連續(xù)三次被評為全國百強社會科學學報，連續(xù)七次被評為吉林省一級期刊。 學?，F(xiàn)與美國、澳大利亞、日本等9個國家的30多所大學建立了校際合作關(guān)系，每年都有學者互訪、留學生互派等。1999年學校與澳大利亞查爾斯特大學合作辦學，現(xiàn)已有畢業(yè)生2000多人，在校學生近2000人，與韓國江南大學、日本帝京大學2+2合作項目發(fā)展勢頭良好。學校2004年6月開始建設凈月新校區(qū)，2005年8月實現(xiàn)了舉校搬遷。新校區(qū)占地108萬多平方米，一期工程已經(jīng)完成建筑35萬多平方米。 Changchun Taxation College, established in September 1948, has a history of fifty-eight years. Diachronically it has the following predecessors: Northeast General Headquarter Banking Training Class, Northeast Banking Leader School, Northeast Banking Special School, Changchun Banking School, Jilin Finance and Trade College and Finance and Economics School of Jilin Province. It was renamed as Jilin Financial and Trade College in 1978, and in 1992 it was put under the administration of State Bureau of taxation and changed the name to Changchun Taxation College. Until 2000, it was under the direct jurisdiction of Jilin province, and now it has become a leading provincial college. Since it was set up, Changchun Taxation College changed the location from Jia Musi, Harbin, and Shenyang, finally to Changchun in July 1950. It firstly stood in Banking Building near Renming Square, then No.3646 Renming Street. In August 2005, it was moved to No.3699 Jingyue Street. Changchun Taxation College is a comprehensive financial college, which welcomes to the students all over the country. Besides the undergraduate education, it offers a variety of programs. It now has graduate program, adult higher, training program for the professionals and collaboration programs with foreign colleges. The college boasts six disciplinary areas covering thirty-two academic disciplines for undergraduates, including economics, management, law, science, engineering and arts. Among which it has six provincial key disciplines, and twenty for the postgraduate. Changchun Taxation College has now nineteen teaching departments, including ten scientific research centers, such as Jilin economics research center, and economics simulation research institute etc. The college boasts a qualified faculty of over 427 full-time teachers, including 235 full professors and associate professors, and 74 doctors. One of them enjoys the special subsidy from the State Council, one is trans-century talent for the Ministry of Education, three are senior specialists of Jilin province, and four are top class talents of Jilin province. Changchun Taxation College now has an enrollment of 8,360 full-time undergraduates, 423 postgraduates. Another over 8,000 are studying at the schools of Continuing Education. The high school graduates are taken in Changchun Taxation College programs primarily on the basis of their performance in the National Entrance Exam. After four academic years, more than 90% of the undergraduates can be employed. Changchun Taxation College has cultivated more than 200,000 professionals in finance and economics during the past 60 years, and most of whom have proved to be backbones in their careers. Some have been the leading cadres of government service, and some have become the key members of the leadership of the enterprises and institutions, still some have become talents in academics. Among the seven vice governors of Jilin province, two of them graduated from Changchun Taxation College.
