國(guó)家人權(quán)委會(huì)為了預(yù)防犯人權(quán)企劃關(guān)于人權(quán)文的電影，繼2003年全州國(guó)際電影節(jié)幕電影《6個(gè)視線》和2005年全州國(guó)際電影節(jié)的展影片《5個(gè)視線》后今又推出了第個(gè)omnibus film (電 國(guó)家人權(quán)委員會(huì)先龍了防侵犯人權(quán)劃了關(guān)于人文化的電影繼2003年全州國(guó)際電節(jié)開幕電影6個(gè)視線》和2005年全州國(guó)際電影的參展影片5個(gè)視線》后今年又敏山出第三個(gè)omnibus film (電影集)《人權(quán)電影企劃3-第三視線》。這部電影集是由7個(gè)導(dǎo)演執(zhí)導(dǎo)的6部短篇電影組，它們分別講述韓國(guó)社上對(duì)migrant labour(移居民工)的差別待遇的影《潛水王穆默德》(導(dǎo)演鄭潤(rùn)哲)、講述關(guān)于一個(gè)女因?yàn)橥锨?費(fèi)點(diǎn)蠟燭睡時(shí)不幸火災(zāi)亡的影片《女消失了》(導(dǎo)演金賢必)、講述家庭不平等待遇題的影片《和我之間》(導(dǎo)演李美妍)、通過兒童露社會(huì)上存的種族歧視題的影片《險(xiǎn)的人生》(導(dǎo)演盧東石)、講述對(duì)少分子帶有偏的影片《Bomb! Bomb! Bomb!》(導(dǎo)演金曲、金)、把不平等問題用實(shí)例刻描寫的影《我怎么辦(導(dǎo)演洪基善)等
