回復(fù) 梁德龍 : 北方某山區(qū)，松嶺生產(chǎn)大隊(duì)清晨，年輕姑秀梅（劉曉梅 飾）和青年大（王友來 飾）偷偷把生產(chǎn)隊(duì)大車趕出來練，不料馬驚了多虧飼養(yǎng)員張山（李仁堂 飾）攔住驚馬，沒發(fā)生意外。把式錢廣（李楠 飾）挑唆秀梅的哥哥大隊(duì)周成（張寶茹 飾）不讓年輕學(xué)趕車，結(jié)果長了錢廣的威。新任黨支部記方紀(jì)云（朱廣 飾）來到青松嶺后，發(fā)現(xiàn)成只抓生產(chǎn)，乏政治頭腦，決心把鞭桿子錢廣手中奪過，掌握在自己手中。不久，里成立了趕車練班，請萬山叔手把手教青人學(xué)趕車。錢對此懷恨在心在轅馬跑的渾是汗時(shí)，故意馬飲水，結(jié)果病了，他把責(zé)推到秀梅身上愛馬如子的萬大叔精心喂養(yǎng)馬，終于把馬好了。馬車又跑在社會主義道上?
