How selective is our memory? Do we remember what we have experienced or what we have chosen to remember? Can we forget the things that hurt us? In the end, are we simply just the sum of all those things we don't forget? Apples, an allegorical and somehow funny story, is in its core an effort to explore the way our memory functions and how this affects our being.
1998年，香港回歸后發(fā)生了翻地覆的變化。而時(shí)的銅鑼灣亦發(fā)生天翻地覆的變化，個(gè)洪興設(shè)陳浩南（伊健 飾）揸Fit的地盤來了兩個(gè)新物，一個(gè)是東升社司徒浩南（鄭浩南 飾），一個(gè)是灣仔的新任高級(jí)督察李Sir( 李修賢 飾) 。 司徒浩南野心勃勃，一直意欲代陳浩南在銅鑼灣位置，將其趕出銅灣。馬來西亞一拿（秦沛 飾）要搞賭船，主動(dòng)找到陳浩要求合作，其實(shí)暗勾結(jié)司徒浩南，整陳浩南。另一方面李Sir在追查陳浩南的過程中，生出少許英雄識(shí)英雄的情。 一山不能容二虎，兩個(gè)浩南最終決斗開始了！
萊斯卡住在白令海峽一個(gè)偏遠(yuǎn)的村莊里。白令海峽于楚科奇和阿拉斯加之間，開了美國和俄羅斯。這個(gè)十歲的少年，和村子里的大多人一樣，是一位捕鯨者，在遠(yuǎn)的世界邊緣過著平靜的生。當(dāng)萊斯卡居住的村莊有了聯(lián)網(wǎng)之后，男人們每天都聚在一間小房里，通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)攝頭一起在屏幕上觀看數(shù)千公外的漂亮女孩們跳舞。萊斯卻在聊天網(wǎng)站遇到了一個(gè)美的女孩，并愛上了她。萊斯的這份初戀讓他產(chǎn)生了巨大變化：他決定去尋找這個(gè)女，在那個(gè)世界里有一段瘋狂旅程正等著他。
